Citigroup and Nikko Securities (Nikko Cordial) establish the joint company Nikko Salomon Smith Barney Limited

Nikko Salomon Smith Barney Limited changes its name to Nikko Citigroup Limited
2004
Nikko Citigroup Limited becomes a Japanese legal entity
