Training Programs

Program in Tokyo
You will begin by participating in a four-week orientation program in our Tokyo office. You will learn Japanese business manners and will also be introduced to all divisions within Nikko Citigroup. Following the orientation, you will rotate through the divisions to learn each division’s unique roles and functions.

We also have an in-house program called the Mentor Program. Your mentor will provide you with medium-term guidance.

Program in New York

This course will provide you with a solid grounding in all the key subjects required for the securities business, including regulatory framework, accounting, analysis, and systems.
