Investment Banking
Each franchise has specialists knowledgeable about their respective industries, providing appropriate advice and solutions to a wide array of client needs relating to M&A, equity and bond financing, and other businesses. Equities
This division offers products such as listed equities, CBs (convertible bonds), derivatives, and on-line trading in Japan and abroad. It also provides high value-added, state-of-the-art financial services in a wide range of areas including research, IR (investor relations), on-line services and more.
Fixed Income
This division deals with a variety of Japanese products ranging from domestic bonds and derivative products to government, municipal and corporate bonds in North America and Europe. The Fixed Income Division also develops and markets new financial products, such as structured bonds and securitization products.
Capital Markets
In cases where equity and debt finance and other existing products are unable to satisfy client needs, we draw on the markets to deliver custom made financial solutions. We develop new products to suit the needs of increasingly sophisticated clients, and sell those products to investors.Equity Research
