We are responsible for opening and maintaining client accounts, creating and sending preliminary trade confirmations to clients, and checking settlement details for trades.
This section is a liaison between Sales and Operations and therefore comprises of a group of professionals who understand the business end-to-end and can respond quickly and flexibly.
Training Program
You will participate in a four-week orientation program in our Tokyo office. You will learn Japanese business manners and will also be introduced to all divisions within Nikko Citigroup. Following the completion of our training program, we will assign you to a specific section. The assignment decision will be based on your skills and our business needs. You will develop much of your professional business career through on-the-job-training.
We also have an in-house program called the Mentor Program. Your mentor will provide you with medium-term guidance to assist you to develop your abilities.
