Our training program for new recruits begins before you join us. We will provide you with an educational program focusing on the basic knowledge necessary for our industry, such as finance, securities and accounting. This program is available on-line, allowing you to continue with your regular school curriculum while preparing for your career with us. Following this program, the departments of Sales & Trading, Investment Banking and Equity Research will provide English language lessons, either privately or in a group, according to your level.

When you first join our company, you will attend the orientation program for one month. After the one-month orientation program, in Sales & Trading, Investment Banking, and Equity Research, you will rotate through many divisions to learn the roles and functions of each department. After acquiring a hands-on, basic understanding of our business, Sales and Trading, Investment Banking and Equity Research new hires will attend a training program in New York to acquire the most up-to-date knowledge and key skills. In doing so, you will be able to create a network of colleagues from all over the world who have gathered for this program, and get to know the senior staff, who act as our the program instructors.

Once you have been assigned a position, you will continue to participate in successive programs aimed at developing managerial skills and other professional qualities at our own training facilities. We provide you with a solid grounding on which you can own build your career, all the while helping you to develop your full potential through continuous training.
